We are a small, hands-on custom home building company and have been an active General Contractor in the Williamson County area since 1953. Over the years, we have gained a reputation for strictly quality construction, and can point to more than 1,000 fine custom homes in the Franklin, Brentwood, and Spring Hill areas. Ours is a second generation, family-owned business that takes great pride in our attention to both structural quality and aesthetic detail.
Historically, our company was founded by Claude Dunn in the early 1950’s in Nashville. Wayne Dunn joined his father in 1968 as a partner, and since Claude’s retirement in 1978 has continued to lead the company in quality custom home building. Wayne is joined by his wife, Patricia, who handles all of the plan design, decorating, and some of the construction supervision. The Wayne Dunn & Associates name has become synonymous with quality, style, and beauty. We pride ourselves on strict quality construction practices and service to our homeowners, backed by over 70 years and more than 1,000 satisfied clients in Middle Tennessee.
We are a life member of the NAHB, Middle Tennessee Homebuilders Association, and the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. Wayne co-founded the Williamson County Homebuilders Association and served as the its first President.
